2f4759b0e4 Commented out isOn() and reverted chumroll change. 
It causes the client to fail to send out GETMOOD at
launch.

Added some excludes to allow building with configparser.
Also included server.ini and added "options = {"build_exe": build_exe_options},".

Moved server promt to main thread 
This is also not a perfect or very pretty solution, especially as configparser is now a dependency. But this is still an improvement over how it was before, as this doesn't seem to cause crashes.

I changed setup.py up until a point where it works for me. I'm not entirely certain I didn't break something in the process but it's the best I managed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
